Performance and Quality Improvement (PQI)

DescriptionPQI is designed to help organizations develop a comprehensive approach to a Quality Improvement process that will advance an efficient, effective service delivery system and enhance organizational capacity to deliver quality services. The training will demonstrate how Quality Improvement is a catalyst for successful achievement of strategic goals and program outcomes. For MFR Programs, since the Private, Public, and Canadian standards are based on best practices for PQI, the concepts can still be beneficial and relevant. COA recommends that MFR program staff contact their COA coordinator before they register for this training. This training is not intended for CYD. Approved for 7 NASW CEUs.
